Bodyweight Strength and Control
Bodyweight Strength and Control: Blend Calisthenics, Arm Balances and Handstands. First we prepare the body with head to toe mobility before learning progressions towards static skills and balances. Next we fill the gaps with transitions and more dynamic entries and exits.
Beginner to Advanced levels will be shown. Session is ideal for anyone interested in Handstands, Mobility, Calisthenics or Yoga.
