Hey there, fabulous humans! The name's Anika. Movement has always been a huge part of my life having started dancing from a very young age & eventually completing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance at WAAPA. I found Pilates during my dance studies & my love for it has only grown since. I truly believe that exercises should be fun & something that you look forward to. At the same time, I love to challenge clients both physically & mentally, so you can be rest assured you’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had & walk out feeling stronger. Can’t wait to laugh & burn with you!

BURN

Burn utilises the foundations of Pilates & Barre to create a functional high energy workout. We work through the entire body, repeating movements many times to maximise those shakes we all secretly love… Think squats, lunges, planking & LOTS of pulsing. The intention behind a burn class is fun and energetic movement, so we are not here to take ourselves too seriously! Burn is suitable for anyone who enjoys a challenge.
