Martin McPhilimey is an internationally recognised Respiratory and Sleep Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, and Founder of the School of Breath Science — a pioneering academy training practitioners worldwide in evidence-based breathing and resilience methods.
With over 15 years’ experience across hospitals, clinics, and global consulting, Martin blends clinical precision with human performance coaching to help individuals and professionals manage stress, optimise energy, and restore balance in a demanding world.
Holding two Master’s degrees and accreditation from the National School of Healthcare Science (UK), Martin’s work bridges the gap between science, behaviour, and performance. His innovative approach has earned recognition from Professor Andy Galpin, collaborations with Brian Mackenzie and two-time Stanley Cup Champion Johnny Oduya, and research contributions as an Advisor to the Hale Centre in Stockholm, Sweden.
