KINTA will be running our Lift-Off event between 1200 and 1400 to find Perth’s strongest male and female deadlifters.
The Lift-Off will be a Deadlift on our KINTA Elephant Deadlift Barbell Female and Male Category: $300 cash prize for the females and $300 for the males.

No weight category. It is open to a maximum of 50 Competitors who pre-register on the Expro website.
There are no restrictions on lifting accessories such as Knee Sleeves, Weightlifting belts, Straps, or Deadlift Suits.
