Chris Nayna

'Chris is a passionate, dedicated health and fitness professional with more than 17 years’ of industry experience. He walks the talk, and has firsthand experience of the life-changing health benefits exercise brings.

Chris started his career as a Registered Nurse, before specialising in critical care cardiology. From there, he decided to shift his focus to the prevention side of health while formalising his love of fitness by becoming a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Chris has experience working with people from all walks of life, but has a particular focus on those in high-performance fields. He was handpicked by renowned property developer, Tim Gurner, to design the fitness offering at Saint Haven - Australia’s first private wellness club. In his role as Head of Fitness for Saint Haven he trained some of Australia’s most accomplished business people.'
