"Since founding Revo Fitness in 2012, Andrew has become a prominent figure within the Perth business scene. Founded in 2012, by then 21-year-old Andrew Holders desire to train in a space that had all the equipment he needed but didn’t lock him into any long and complex contracts. As a university student, affordability was a major factor for both himself and his peers when it came to choosing a gym. He noticed that a lot of other young people felt the same, and when he had the chance to open his own gym and deliver an offering that suited what the market was demanding, he jumped at the opportunity and opened his first gym in a 200sm warehouse in WA. Revo Fitness has become one of the largest privately owned fitness operators in Australia, a true homegrown success story. Revo Fitness operates in the extremely competitive gyms and fitness centres industry, and started the high-value low-cost segment of the market in WA and has become the market leader.

Under his leadership, Revo Fitness has become the largest independent gym operator in Australia, with 39 gyms nationally and growing. Andrew continues to grow Revo Fitness with his vision to allow every Australian the access to fitness at an affordable price; without lowering the quality of fit out, equipment, and experience.

Andrew's achievements have not gone unnoticed, as demonstrated by his numerous accolades, including being named on WA's Young Achiever Awards list, winning the prestigious 40under40 Award, and being recognized as a finalist in the esteemed EY Entrepreneur of The Year Awards. His dedication has also earned Revo Fitness industry recognition, with awards such as the Business News People's Choice Award for most popular brand and the RISE Business News Medium Business of the Year Award.
