Amanda Bisk is a former Australian pole vaulter, Exercise Physiologist, personal trainer, elite athletics coach, and qualified yoga & Pilates teacher. She founded the online fitness platform Fresh Body Fit Mind with her partner Adam, which includes an app and website that is home to her renowned follow-along workouts, yoga and Pilates classes. Amanda is passionate about continually developing her coaching skills and knowledge so she can provide a training experience that is always fresh, engaging, functional and most importantly educational so you feel empowered when you train.
Andrew Pap
Andrew Pap is one of Australia's leading fitness professionals! Between running fitness retreats in collaboration with Adventure 365 and working on Dope, his recovery brand, Pap is also the master programmer for global fitness brand Fitstop. He brings passion, purpose and fun into daily training habits and is constantly pushing himself to be 1% better everyday by enduring challenging events across multiple disciplines. Pap has been a part of the LSKD athlete team for years and continually represents the LSKD values day in and out.
Anika Fyfe
Hey there, fabulous humans! The name's Anika. Movement has always been a huge part of my life having started dancing from a very young age & eventually completing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance at WAAPA. I found Pilates during my dance studies & my love for it has only grown since. I truly believe that exercises should be fun & something that you look forward to. At the same time, I love to challenge clients both physically & mentally, so you can be rest assured you’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had & walk out feeling stronger. Can’t wait to laugh & burn with you!
Barrie Elvish
Barrie brings over 25 years of CEO experience in successful organisational change, strategic development and business growth across a range of sectors including Education, Health and Community Services. He holds a BA, Grad Dip Education and MBA, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
You’ll regularly hear Barrie talking about his passions and experiences including surfing, Triathlons, keeping his mental health and well-being strong through exercise, trekking the Kokoda Trail and Macchu Pichu, Led Zeppelin and Hot Rods - all for the purpose of making meaningful connections. Barrie has a longstanding personal and professional interest in adventure play for children and is the proud grandfather of two beautiful girls. Currently, he serves as the inaugural Chair of World Active and CEO of AUSactive, the leading national health and fitness industry association.
Benny Price
Benny is COO of RTS Global, the international arm of Resistance Training Specialist® — the world’s leading exercise mechanics course. As the region’s only qualified RTS Mastery graduate and Level 2 Instructor, Benny travels APAC and EMEA teaching the world’s top trainers how to deliver exceptional exercise experiences for their clients. Benny has also been the lead fitness columnist for a national newspaper and featured in several publications himself. Brooke is a renowned expert and educator in the health and fitness industry specialising in functional fitness for females with over 15 years of expertise. A WA based international health and fitness presenter, writer and the Australian Fitness Educator of the Year, Brooke is qualified in exercise science and human nutrition.
A mother of three herself, Brooke is on mission is to educate and empower women, and exercise professionals working with women on effective, & enjoyable exercise throughout their lifelong athletic journey, from pregnancy, motherhood, menopause, and beyond. Brooke is the founder of her app Balance by Brooke – for a lifetime of athleticism, and internationally recognised course Functional Fitness for Pregnancy & PostPartum™ certified trainers, of which there are now hundreds of certified trainers across 16 countries.
Ceri Cummings
Ceri spent 11 years in the British Army alongside a professional career in rugby. Ceri then worked for the AIF where he helped over 650 individuals qualify as personal trainers. Ceri also owns BOLT Fitness a a boutique facility that focuses on strength and conditioning. Alongside running his businesses Ceri is passionate about education and loves helping facilities get the most out of their Technogym equipment and subscriptions.

Chris Heppeler, Director of BLACKROLL® AU and BLACKROLL® Master Trainer, brings over a decade of expertise in sports performance, recovery, and fascia training. A lifelong sports enthusiast and personal trainer with a business background, Chris combines his passion for sports with deep industry knowledge, consulting and educating alongside premier partners like Rugby Australia, Surfing Australia, Hockey Australia, and Perth Glory FC. Known for his hands-on experience and trusted insight, Chris continues to drive BLACKROLL’s mission in Australia, providing elite athletes and health professionals with accessible, science-backed tools to enhance recovery and optimise movement.
Chris Nayna

Chris started his career as a Registered Nurse, before specialising in critical care cardiology. From there, he decided to shift his focus to the prevention side of health while formalising his love of fitness by becoming a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Chris has experience working with people from all walks of life, but has a particular focus on those in high-performance fields. He was handpicked by renowned property developer, Tim Gurner, to design the fitness offering at Saint Haven - Australia’s first private wellness club. In his role as Head of Fitness for Saint Haven he trained some of Australia’s most accomplished business people.'
Dr Cam McDonald
Dr Cam McDonald is a leader, educator, scientist, motivator and father. He is the CEO of the Precision Health Alliance - a world leading organisation focussing on the education of health professionals in the use of precision health. The organisation’s mission is to eliminate chronic disease and pain by 2050, and having ‘healthy’ and ‘resilient’ as the norm. He is an exercise physiologist, accredited practising dietitian, PhD Scholar, a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and is an international leader in the application of precision & personalised health. He educates companies, health professionals and the general public alike on how AI, precision health can help us understand the whole environment and how it impacts physical and mental health and disease. He has spoken next to the Dalai Lama, Deepak Chopra, and other world leaders in health, wellbeing and human consciousness. Eric Helms
In addition to some coaching, Eric Helms PhD, CSCS is the Chief Science Officer of 3DMJ. He helps the team members play to their strengths, stay up to date with best practice, and acts as a science communicator, helping lifters find sustainable pathways to high performance. Eric is the chief author of the Muscle and Strength Pyramids, a founder of and reviewer for Monthly Applications in Strength Sport, and is a senior research fellow at the Sports Performance Research Institute New Zealand at Auckland University of Technology, pursuing research in training, nutrition and psychology for strength and physique sport. Eric has a PhD in Strength and Conditioning with a research focus on autoregulating powerlifting, a masters with a research focus on protein and macronutrient manipulation for dieting bodybuilders, a second masters in exercise science and health promotion, and a bachelors in sports management, fitness and wellness. As an athlete, Eric is a WNBF Pro bodybuilder and competes in multiple strength sports.
Georgia King
Georgia King is an inspiring PT and fitness trainer who runs an online coaching program. Georgia embodies the value of 1% better everyday as she documents both the highs and lows of training, especially her running, on her Tiktok and Instagram accounts. Georgia has been with the LSKD athlete team for just over a year, however, she has been repping the brand long before this while enjoying the journey.

Lisa Nicolaisen
My love and obsession for movement started young. During my dancing years I learnt as much about the body and mind as I did about dance. This sparked my health and fitness passion and led me to where I am today. I launched Body Pulse Pilates to help others on their Pilates and fitness journey. My classes are for everyone. No matter your level, age or body type, if you want to create strength, flexibility, balance and stability, these classes are for you. As your instructor, my goal is to challenge, motivate and support you so that you leave my class feeling healthier, happier and stronger from the inside out. I look forward to seeing you in class! Martin Refalo
Over the past decade, Martin has spent most of his time working as a fitness coach and studying at university. Martin has a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and will very soon have a PhD in Exercise Science. This academic journey highlights Martin’s commitment to learning, love for self-development, passion for sharing knowledge with the wider community, and eagerness to make original contributions to knowledge through research. Whilst studying, Martin has published multiple academic papers and have also taught human and exercise physiology at university-level. Martin has managed a large workload, varying from part time to full time over the past decade, spending many hours working with clients in-person on the gym floor, and upskilling the next generation of personal trainers and exercise scientists. Martin also conducts national and international educational seminars on a regular basis and has presented at conferences in Spain, Singapore, and Bangkok. Martin takes a large degree of responsibility in his role as a coach and Education Manager at JPS Health & Fitness and employs the scientific method to inform his practice and guide decision making.
Paul Twyman
Paul has been deeply immersed in the fitness world for over two
decades. He started his journey in personal training before delving
into advanced studies with the prestigious CHEK Institute. However, it
was around 2013, when Paul was 37 years old, that he stumbled upon his
true passion: calisthenics, handstands, and flexibility training.
Since then, he has dedicated over 10 years to mastering and coaching
these disciplines.
He's had the chance to learn from some of the best in the world, like
Paul Chek, Ido Portal, Yuval Ayalon, Miguel Santana and Emmet Louis.
Now, he shares his expertise through workshops, group sessions, and
online coaching.
With a foundational background in strength training and a later
immersion into calisthenics, Paul empathizes deeply with the
challenges faced by newcomers, particularly those grappling with
limited flexibility and the demands of running a business and family
life. Now, at the age of 48, Paul's mastery is evident as he
effortlessly holds a 2-minute handstand, executes impressive feats
like the One Arm Handstand, multiple handstand push-ups and performs
handstand presses effortlessly. Beyond personal achievements, Paul's
true passion lies in passing on these invaluable skills to others.
Rhys James
Rhys has a strong vision to share knowledge across the industry in a multidisciplinary manner. He
aims to apply his knowledge practically to empower others to learn in an environment specific to
them. Throughout and beyond his post-graduate studies, he has encountered a variety of situations
to share his learnings. These ranging from professional soccer to public health and wellness within
leisure facilities. Each experience was as more valuable as another, helping to shape where he is
today.
Currently, Rhys represent the world leading Wellness solution provider Technogym as a Format &
Education Specialist within Australia. Previously, he was fortunate enough to work at the
Headquarters of the company in Cesena, Italy and was able to experience first-hand all of the
fantastic research and development embedded into each new concept and follow it through to the
launch and activation stages of product a journey. Today, his aim is to expand the Technogym
Network in Australia through the means of education and formats.
Shereice Soderberg
Shereice Soderberg, the head choreographer for The Jungle Body, was discovered during one of Tara’s classes, and since then, she hasn't looked back. With a background deeply entrenched in dance, Shereice trained at the prestigious Broadway Dance Centre in New York. Her vibe resonates with RnB, Hip Hop, and Afro beats. Choreographing routines for The Jungle Body fills her with immense joy, so much so that seeing instructors worldwide perform them gives her goosebumps!
Tim Sunderland
Working within the fitness industry for over a decade, specializing in the PREHAB method to achieve fitness.
Using this method, Tim is able to systematize and incorporate corrective exercises into a balanced program that people understand and enjoy. This idea is to not only improve the areas people set as goals but also enhance their movement quality and capacity.
Alongside Tim's career as a fitness coach, he has pursued a career as an educator just as passionately. Working for the certificate provider, The Functional Training Institute, assisting with the creation and delivery of their Master Functional Trainer (MFT) program and Movement Restoration Coach (MRC) program, as well as, their stand-alone courses.
The MFT program is a progressive and adaptive program educating trainers with methods to improve functional movement as fitness is increased. The MRC program looks at the assessment and correction of dysfunctional movement patterns that may lead to pain and injury.
With this experience Tim has gathered a wealth of knowledge about effective, safe, and sustainable training for the general population, developing the Prehab method to successfully integrate corrective exercise with performance training.
Tommy Trout
Tommy is a distinguished NDIS executive and innovator, with a track record spanning over 18 years within the not-for-profit and social enterprise sectors, both in Australia and internationally. His professional journey includes pivotal roles, such as spearheading Partnerships for a prominent live-crowd fundraising and pitch-coaching charity, where he supported in the orchestrated mobilization of millions of dollars of funding for grassroots organizations nationwide.
Tommy's contributions extend to his tenure as a National Network Developer, where he played a key role in establishing community networks for suicide prevention in rural and remote Australia. A luminary in his field, Tommy is also the visionary founder of WeFlex, a rapidly expanding NDIS enterprise dedicated to delivering health and fitness services to participants throughout Australia. Now, Tommy is the Founder of Inclusive-AF, which supports both allied health and fitness professionals and companies become more inclusive, accessible and fun!
