Cold Nips is an ice breaking Australia wide community movement open to everyone; focusing on our core values of connection, discomfort, nature and joy. We meet, splash and vibe promoting wellbeing and positive mental health among people, so that we may all live happier, healthier and fuller lives.
Join us for the final sunrise dip of 100 as part of our Cold Nips Australian Tour with the mission to impact 100,000 Australians through 100 sunrise dips in 100 days. All to raise $1 million for mental health and create unprecedented awareness.

Burn utilises the foundations of Pilates & Barre to create a functional high energy workout. We work through the entire body, repeating movements many times to maximise those shakes we all secretly love… Think squats, lunges, planking & LOTS of pulsing. The intention behind a burn class is fun and energetic movement, so we are not here to take ourselves too seriously! Burn is suitable for anyone who enjoys a challenge.

Bodyweight Strength and Control
Bodyweight Strength and Control: Blend Calisthenics, Arm Balances and Handstands. First we prepare the body with head to toe mobility before learning progressions towards static skills and balances. Next we fill the gaps with transitions and more dynamic entries and exits.
Beginner to Advanced levels will be shown. Session is ideal for anyone interested in Handstands, Mobility, Calisthenics or Yoga.
